Once a week or so we get calls from folks asking if we repair bikes. The question seems a bit out of place to us because, frankly, that's A LOT of what we do, but on the other hand we don't expect you to know all that we're about if you haven't visited us before.
What may be helpful for you to know is that this time of year we're usually taking appointments for full tune-ups about a week in advance due to the spring rush. If your bike needs to come in for a full look-see give us a shout, we can slot you in for an appointment, and then a day or two before the appointment date you can bring the bike in so we can get going on it early on the designated day. We'll give you a call by the end of that day to let you know that the bike is ready for pick up in almost every case.
For minor, one-off adjustments we might be able to squeeze you in anytime (maybe even while you wait) but give us a call at 888-4586 to make sure before you come down and are disappointed. We don't want to make you make a 2nd trip if you don't have to, though to be honest we think there are worse places to visit :)
