Here's a flagrant pic of some happy customers. They're happy because we were able to squeeze them in for servicing quickly because they were on a cross-Canada trip. FYI, we try to reserve a few tune-up spots daily for warranty tune-ups (free tune-ups offered to all bike purchasers after 1 month of ownership and again after the 1st year) and for those passing thru on a long journey so that we can turn over their tune-ups in a day.
For other tune-ups we're happy to schedule an appointment so that you can then bring your bike in the day or evening before the appointment date and in most cases have it ready for pick-up later the same day it's scheduled to be looked at.
Also keep in mind that if you just need a relatively quick adjustment, if you have a flat, some new pads, etc., we can usually help you while you wait with no appointment necessary, but please call in advance if in doubt.
