For those of us over, say, 30 or so it's a marvel to see kids today willingly strap on their bike helmets before they go for a ride. We remember when we were kids and the absolutely horrible lids we were supposed to wear. They were uncomfortable, hot, and butt ugly.
Fortunately those days are in the past. Today's kids' helmets, like the Bell Splash pictured above, are stylish and actually feel good to wear. Kids actually like them. Weird.
Most important though, the helmets fit very well, so long as they're set up properly. Come to the shop today and we'll happily fit the right helmet to your child's noggin and they'll be good to go. Most kids helmets in stock are around $45; not a bad insurance policy.
