We thought it was worth posting this picture simply to prove that Winnipegers aren't the only crazy winter cyclists out there. These brave souls are actually New Yorkers, contending with the snow storm that has blanketed much of the U.S. in the last couple of days.
Is the guy in the foreground wearing a hard hat and matching glasses? Whatever works.
