A week or so ago we featured an online guide and accompanying print guide (available for purchase at Olympia) called Manitoba by Bicycle. Put together by Steve Langston, a local web / graphic designer with a passion for cycling, the guide assists novices and seasoned bike vets alike with a straightforward and manageable approach to riding through some of the nicest parts of our province.
We now also have in stock Steve's second publication, Canada by Bicycle. As you'd expect this guide follows much the same pattern as the first book but follows Steve's exploits across the whole country. We have many bike tourists come through the shop every year on their way from one coast to the other and we're sure many would benefit from Steve's excellent guide and the online resources that can be found here.
Over the next 8 weeks or so we plan to feature a brief video of Steve each week as he takes us across Canada, highlighting some of the info found in his publication. Enjoy, and just maybe you'll be inspired.
