News: NY Times article on indoor training

The local forecast looks good enough that many of us may finally drag our 'good' bikes outside for some real riding as early as this weekend if we haven't already. Although more and more folks are braving the winter months by riding outside year 'round it's just not possibly to get in the same kind of quality training in the winter. So the question is "was your indoor winter training effective?".

You'll find out soon enough, but in the mean time there's an interesting article on the subject in a recent edition of the New York Times. As most of us can intuitively guess training inside isn't necessarily quite as effective as being out in the real world, but it sure beats sitting on a couch from November to March.
